Junior Villa Lania is situated on the stunning Aphrodite Hills Resort in Kouklia, Paphos, just a 10 minute stroll from the resort village square and facilities. The junior villa itself is a beautiful townhouse property, with private pool, beautiful sea and sunset views with additional access to a communal pool too.

Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and one twin room (each with en suite bathroom with shower; the master en suite has a large walk-in shower, that was refurbished in 2024 and is very modern).

Full Villa Description:
A beautiful bright townhouse villa with south-facing terraces that boast stunning sea and sunset views. There is a 6x3m private infinity edge pool that faces the sea. The accommodation is laid out over two levels; the ground floor hosts the cozy living room and well-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area (with dishwasher and coffee machine). The living room has a large TV with a comprehensive TV system that has International sports and movie channels, with playback option
The living area has patio doors that lead out onto a spacious terrace which has comfortable seating, dining table and gorgeous views. There is an AstroTurf grassed area on this level (also accessible via the kitchen) with a built-in BBQ.

Downstairs you will find all 3 of the bedrooms (each have en suite bathrooms with shower units, the master bedroom’s bathroom is very modern, refurbished in 2024) where the Master double and the twin room open straight out onto the lower poolside terrace, with beautiful views.

Junior Villa Lania is fully air-conditioned throughout, has free reliable wi-fi.

The lower poolside terrace is spacious, with a lovely decking area and AstroTurf grassed area – a peaceful area in which to relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine. There are table and chairs as well as sunbeds for all. The communal pool is also available for use, just a short stroll from the villa, and the Resort village centre is within a 10 minute walk too.

Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Junior Villa Lania, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €235.00 per week.

Zephyros Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Zephyros Village is around a 10-15 minute stroll from the resort village square. This peaceful village boasts a wonderful communal pool with beach entrance and beautiful infinity edge views out to sea.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
