Avslappet stemning og god service
Veldig bra hotell! Nydelig service, og store rom. Vi hadde først et standardrom med "fjellutsikt" (Kinabalu-bygget), men så ikke annet enn trær. Mulig bedre høyere oppe; vi var i 2. etg. Senere byttet vi til havutsikt. Finere utsikt her, men like stort rom - knapt verdt de ekstra kronene, selv om det lå litt nærmere restaurantene. Det var veldig stille i barene om kvelden; det er mulig en norsk greie å sitte ute om kvelden - da vi var der var det stort sett bare asiatiske gjester. Buffetrestauranten var ganske dyr, men med stort utvalg til frokost. Det var god mat i burgerbaren, og greie priser. Det er også en kinesisk restaurant, men kun innendørs sitteplasser. Fine bassenger, med egen barneavdeling - sikkert bra for barnefamilier. Champagneaften på Sunset Bar anbefales, selv om det kostet litt.

友人と宿泊。 外資系ホテルのとてもしっかりしたサービスに加えてハートフルで癒されました。 ホテルに数匹猫がすみついて?いましたが、邪険にするでもなく変にご飯をあげるでもなく、何となくなじんでいて、もちろん全てが清潔でした。 朝食もとても種類豊富で飽きませんでした。 欲を言えばもう少し、マレー料理がたくさんあると良かったな〜

周辺に歩いて行けるスーパー等がないので、買い物には常にGrabを使用しました。 ホテルから離島に行くのは、とても便利でした。 キッズのプールやプレイルームが充実していて、子ども達とのステイには快適でした。 サンセットがとても綺麗で最高です。

다시 방문하고 싶은 코타키나발루 최고의 호텔
너무 청결하고, 자연친화적이며 한적해서 좋았어요. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 매일 다양한 프로그램(액티비티)이 준비되어 있어서 시간 가는 줄 모릅니다. 수영장과 슬라이드, 물풍선던지기 등 다양한 어트랙션도 있고, 게임룸을 이용해도 아이들이 너무 좋아합니다. 같은 장소, 같은 호텔 두 번 방문하는 거 좋아하지 않지만 이 곳은 꼭 다시 방문할 의사 있습니다.

구정이 끼여서 그런지 시내 식당이 문 닫은 곳이 있어 열린 곳은 아주 붐볐으며 위생이 깨끗하지 않은 것 같았음 호텔 숙박은 괜찮았으나 두 룸다 sea side가 아니고 저층 배정으로 호텔 닷컴에 실망했음. 호텔내 식당은 부킹이 어려웠음, 마사지도 부킹이 어려워 낮 시간에 했음

A little lustre lost from this previous jewel
We spent eight days at the Tanjung Aru in January. This was to be a bit of a nostalgia trip for me as I had last stayed here 30 years ago. First the positives. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff were fantastic - special mentions have to go to Adie who served us at breakfast and James the head concierge. The view across to the islands is as beautiful as I remember and the different swimming pools are large enough to accommodate a lot of people and they are well segregated, with children in mind. I was however, disappointed with the standard of upkeep and maintenance. Paint was chipping in some areas and there was a lot of dust in places which should have been cleaned. Food was good although not as varied as I remember. There is a good Chinese restaurant but no European specialties. More variety would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but some of the lustre of years ago has gone. Staff management is great but more attention needs to be paid to the fabric.
