The original check in time was 3 pm but i waited until 6 pm, they said the room is not ready. I felt bad a little bit at first, but room was clean and the sea view was awesome. There was a small problem that we could not flush toilet but it was fixed by the person in the hotel.

Hotel bien situé. Grande chambre, par contre forte odeur et moquette tres sale . Petit-déjeuner moyen malgré un large choix. Piscine a côté du parking ne donne pas tres envi.

Location - good and safe. Hotel door was a bit too tight so had to use a bit of weight on the door whenever we open it. There are 2 convenience stores opposite the hotel, around 3 min walk. Bedroom slippers, hair dryer and necessities like lotion and soap etc were provided. 2 bottles of mineral waters were being provided as well daily. Hotel room was clean, just a bit dark, could be brighter. Hotel breakfast was not the best, but ok, lots of variety. Parking was cheap, RM4 for 24 hours for basement carpark parking. Would stay here again if I am here!

It’s clean, the staff are friendly and nice, their facilities are quite advance, they have the touch screen switch to turn on the lights. However, some of them are not functioning, I can’t turn it on. The lights in the room are quite dim. There is only one socket at the table, it is used for the table lamp. I used it to charge my laptop then I can’t turn on the table lamp, the room will be ever dimmer.

Big room, good aircon (8th floor), though the carpets can get some thorough cleaning, coz when you open the hotel room, there is distinct smell, which only goes away after you switch on the aircon. comfortable beds and pillows for good rest Buffet breakfast was good, but the hot coffee and tea need to be placed in two areas, the bread toaster should also be two, so that people dont que to toast their buns... chicken dishes, should be heated up.. but overall, got bread, fruits, salads, a bit of dessert, eggs station.. all good..

Sadly this hotel did not meet our expectations. Although a pool is advertised, the pool has actually been closed for some time. The gym facilities are very run down and most machines do not work or a poorly maintained. The gym areas have obviously had lots of water issues ie. probably leaking air conditioners which makes the area damp and pungent. Staff are excellent and the breakfasts' great.

Arrived after checkin time but was told rooms werent ready..They had to move us to different floors different from what we booked (connecting). Both rooms fridge not working, one acond was on super cold and cannot be adjusted and one safe was faulty. These were reported on day 1, 2 and 3 but noone came to do anything. Fortunately we had a parking space given so thats a big thanks. On checkin day, the lady who was doing the checkin was not very friendly but fortunately her partner helped us out. Breakfast was good and staff there were very friendly and helpful. Overall I was pretty disappointed as I have stayed there pre Covid and was then impressed but not now.

The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurants were great. The location was excellent near to a huge shopping mall in the newer part of Kota Kinabalu and close to the seashore.
