Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and shared meals, along with a living room with an indoor fireplace for cozy evenings, perfect for movie nights, games, or relaxing together after a day out. Guests are welcome to use it, but please bring your own wood. The atmosphere is warm, homely, and ideal for spending quality time with family and friends.

Step outside into the large garden where you can enjoy long summer evenings around the fire pit, morning coffee in the fresh air, or simply the calm surroundings of the Swedish countryside. Guests are welcome to use the cozy gathering barn with a large dining table, the perfect spot for shared dinners, long summer evenings, and spending quality time together with family and friends. Right next to the gathering barn, you`ll find the BBQ. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, and we kindly ask that it is cleaned after use to keep it in good condition for everyone.

Bikes are available for guests, and outdoor games such as Kubb and home made Pub make the garden even more enjoyable for families and groups.

The location is excellent for both relaxation and activities. Kosta Lodge is just a 15-minute walk away via a quiet back road, offering meals, drinks, sauna, hot tub, and pool access. Nearby Kosta also has outlet shopping, glass factory shops, restaurants, cafés, and the famous glassblowing experiences of Glasriket. During summer, a huge ice cream shop is within walking distance.

For active guests, the area is filled with opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, golf, padel, bowling, and more. There are also two elk parks within a short drive and several beautiful golf courses nearby. Supermarkets, charging stations, pharmacies, and public transport connections are all conveniently accessible.

Please note: during winter, the entertainment/lounge room is not available as outdoor furniture is stored there.

Guests are kindly asked to bring their own firewood for the fireplace and fire pit.
Outdoor furniture is stored in the gathering barn and shed, and during the winter season the gathering room is not available as it is used for storage.

We also kindly ask guests to clean the BBQ after use.

Please note that the home is equipped with a device that monitors indoor environment conditions such as noise levels, temperature, and motion to help ensure a comfortable stay for guests and respect for neighbors. The device does not include a camera and does not record sound.
