It`s the ideal spot for a romantic evening, a family gathering, or a peaceful solo retreat.

My Airbnb is a ‘permanent airbnb’. The property is for the exclusive use of guests.

I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. If you require any printing out of documents or business services, I also have an office close by and pleased to assist.

There are many cafes, restaurants, super markets and pharmacy`s just a short walk away.

Quiet Hours 22.00-08.00 and 15.00-17.30.
Please respect the property and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 10 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb the residences of the other neighbors.

Please treat the property with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the property without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.
