«The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. »

«Had a great stay at the hotel!! Arrived late and super friendly staff upgraded my room and immediately showed me to dinner 😃
Next day gym had the best and newest machines, and my favorites were there. Was only 1 night as I needed airport hotel, but would have loved to stay one more and tried the spa ✨✨✨»

«I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional.
I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily.
