«Bled is overwhelmingly busy during the high season and it was delightful to retreat back Lukanc in the countryside to avoid the hordes people. We had amazing views of the mountains from our balcony. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Cooked pancakes or eggs are available on request. Room was on the small side but having the external balcony offset the small room size. «Two nights using the hotel as a base to visit Nova Gorica and Bled. Breakfast buffet was extensive - continental choices plus scrambled eggs and British sausage. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The dining room staff sometimes does double duty at registration desk. Lots of tourist information. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and train station is a couple of minutes longer.»

«The view was worth the price in itself! I got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and an epic view over the valley and the mountains beyond. The room was good also, nice large bed, and pretty spacious. The hotel has a rather old fashioned "communist era" look to it, but it's clean and well kept.
