The Sommerwind apartment is located on the first floor, has an area of approximately 36 m², consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, and can accommodate 4 people.

Both rooms have access to the private garden.

The apartment is practically and comfortably furnished and well-equipped. It includes, among other things:

TVs in the living room and bedroom with a wide selection of cable channels, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers (filter and capsule), a toaster, an iron, a full range of kitchenware, and a set of towels and bed linens. We’ve also put together a small library for you.

We love animals and are happy to welcome them. We’ve provided food and water bowls for your pets.

Apartment A01 is located on the top floor of the building with a view of the Baltic Sea. Directly from the garden, you can access the private path leading to the beach. The view overlooks a wild green space that will remain untouched—no further construction is planned in the neighborhood.

Garden chairs, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella await you in the garden. In the garden shed, you’ll find a beach set—including a beach umbrella and lounge chairs—as well as two bicycles for your exclusive use.

Free parking is available for our guests.

The grounds feature saunas, a playground, and an outdoor fitness area.

This is the ideal place for active people, for those who love being in touch with nature, and for those who truly want to relax.

Posesja Kapitanska in Grzybowo—that’s the name of the property, a complex of newly built two-story apartment buildings located right on the beach at 20a Kapitanska Street. The beach is just 70 meters away and accessible via a private road!

Grzybowo is a charming, picturesque tourist town on the border with Kołobrzeg, featuring beautiful wide beaches, dunes, and an atmospheric pine-oak forest.

Grzybowo’s main street is lined with restaurants, souvenir shops, and attractions for children, offering a lively vacation atmosphere.

The beach is wide, sandy, and has been awarded the Blue Flag, which is given to the cleanest beaches. Interestingly, the water in this part of the Baltic Sea is slightly warmer than in other places. This is because Grzybowo is situated in a bay. This is also good news for amber enthusiasts—storms wash up the most amber here.

The conditions are ideal for sunbathing, water sports (including kitesurfing), Nordic walking, and cycling. A beautiful coastal bike path runs right past the property. Grzybowo also has a horse ranch that offers horseback rides at sunrise and sunset.
