Located in prestigious Kiahuna Golf Village in Poipu, Kiahuna Paradise is only a 5 min. drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and golf courses. This property is located within a beautiful and private residential area where you will have access to all of what Poipu has to offer.

Kiahuna Paradise is an elegant, custom-built, 2,164 sq. foot home featuring large rooms throughout. You will enjoy brand new air conditioning, a 65" LG OLED TV, a full futon couch, and modern touches throughout to make your stay as memorable as possible.

The owners have left this home in mint condition so you can enjoy this beautiful custom-built 3 bedrooms 3 bath home with privacy and comfort. Ideal floor plan encourages outdoor living with an expansive lanai, sun baked swimming pool, private backyard, brand new BBQ grill, and much more. With its large single story floor plan, this home is the ideal setting for your vacation!

You will be able to enjoy home cooked meals at this location as it is well equipped and offers everything you would need. It includes modern kitchen appliances such as; blender, toaster oven, two microwaves, air fryer, coffee maker, full kitchen, and ample cookware. It has a recently installed LG double oven to make home cooked meals for you and your friends & family.

Solar pool heating has been upgraded and includes three different types of solar; solar water heating, 28 photovoltaic panels, also 8 panels for the swimming pool for an excellent heated pool experience that many families enjoy.

Free mainland long distance/fax/wireless Internet. This property has a printer if you intend on working while you stay there and require printing services.

Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership $30 per night. Access to PBAC is for up to eight people.

Well maintained and presented home. Easy access to activities in the Poipu area. Heated in ground pool was a bonus at the end of the day and having AC available.Pool was especially appreciated by my 8-year-old grandsons.

excellent VRBO - great location & fun

We stayed here with 2 families with kids ranging from 7-17. They layout of the house, pool, size, bedding, bathrooms, etc. worked really well for our group. We had everything we needed. The finishes in the house are a little dated, but everything was clean. The location works really well and we felt very safe. I would stay here again.

Great Location

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood near Poipu Beach. We enjoyed the open layout of the home with views from most of the living space to the gorgeous pool and backyard! The home is a great location near shopping, the beach and the town of Koloa.We have stayed here 3 times and look forward to coming back again.

Let down

The property and neighborhood was nice but all communications with the property manage were brash and rude. She yelled at me as soon as I answered the phone both times. We needed a house with a working washing machine and when we told the property manager that it was broken, they sent a handyman to "fix it" which was draining it and unplugging the machine, so I had to hike in sweaty dirty clothes because it was not fixed during our stay. I voiced the need for the washing machine to be in working condition to the manger and nothing was done to remedy the fact that the machine was broken.

Overall a pleasant stay

I contacted property management numerous times regarding hot water or lack there of. It would be either scalding or not any at all. The Saturday after arrival we contacted management and a maintenance man came to the house saying it was a timer issue but we would have hot water because at that point we had none. Then we went to no hot water. Contacted them again. We were not at the home but know the maintenance manager had returned. It was initially scalding and then went to again....cold. The next day I contacted management and she came to the house immediately which was appreciated and then went on to s text she read from her phone via the maintenance manager how it is a large house and it will take a while. Start the faucets in the main bath where we were stating before everyone else showers. While she was there it was hot in our bathroom. That was around 2pm. Only I showered and then we again were left without hot water. It was hit or miss the entire week but we realized they were never going to fix it. Two friends showered elsewhere and myself and 2 others had to plan when to shower at different times so we could at least have lukewarm water and not ice cold. We were offered an early check in but when we arrived the cleaning staff was there and we startled them. We then were offered a later check out which we appreciated but that too was not communicated to the cleaning staff brought their kids to swim and we again surprised them.

Beautiful Home!

The entire home is beautiful and in a perfect location. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issue was the Air Condition in the living room which needs to be serviced. We will definitely return. Mahalo!!

Kiahuna Paradise met all the needs of our 5 adult, 3 children family gathering.

Kiahuna Paradise was accurately pictured and described on the vrbo web site. The large living/dining room space made it comfortable for all 8 of us to hang out, watch tv, and dine together at the table. The kitchen was small, but stocked with appliances, utensils, tableware enough to accommodate eating multiple meals. The gas bar-b-que was used nightly. The highlight of the house was the private backyard and pool which we all enjoyed, including the local chickens. The friendly gardener came and left the yard trimmed and racked, offering us mangos from his yard which were delicious. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate both sets of parents with the children on the floor using the extra bedding provided. Beach & pool toys were available in the garage. For our multi-generational family, this was a great place to stay.

Excellent location

Our family came together for a week in Kauai. The house was clean, well stocked, and centrally located in the Poipu Beach area. The kids enjoyed the pool each day. We discovered a fantastic restaurant in Koloa called Friendly Waves, where the food was delicious. We explored the southern end of the island visiting the tortoise sanctuary at the Makauwahi Cave Reserve, the Lodge at Koke’e State Park and The Plantation Cottages in Waimea. We were blessed with beautiful weather. The house was comfortable and clean. The backyard was well landscaped and private. The mango tree was dripping with fruit. My only complaint was the excessive service fees and three different taxes charged without explanation. But in a heartbeat, we would come back and stay in this lovely home.

First Visit to Hawaii

The location was great and the responsiveness of the manage was fantastic. There needs to be some updated - the living room furniture is uncomfortable and worn - the pool area needs some attention - the areas between the rock surface needs to be filled in. It is an ankle buster. The foam cushions on the beds need to be replaced they are torn and stained. Enjoyed our three weeks there.

Falls Short

My family stayed there January 4th-7th, 2023. Five adults and one teenager. The positives were that the house is very spacious and is in an ideal location. It is fully equipped with everything you need. When this house was built most likely in in the late 80’s early 90’s it was definitely state of the art. However, not much has been done to the house since it was built. Outside of the appliances, most things are very outdated such as the bathrooms, cabinets, curtains, carpets, lighting, and furniture. Our stay was less than ideal. We had no hot water the first two days. The manager said it was because the solar water heater was not producing enough heat because it had been overcast for several days. This is probably not a feature you’d want to have on a vacation rental. Also, because of the overcast the pool was not heated. The garage door also didn’t work. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work, we were lucky that the nights were fairly cool. Also, there is no remote to turn on the TV in the master bedroom. It would be very strained to fit eight adults in the home, because there is no pull out bed like they advertise, but there is a futon in one of the bedrooms the folds into a double. Overall, I would have given 1-star, but the manager did send maintenance out for the hot water and garage door, hence the 2-star review. We won’t be back.

Wonderful stay at Kiahuna Paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kiahuna Paradise. The spacious house is located in a beautiful neighborhood about 10 minute drive to several beaches. House highlights include a well-stocked kitchen, AC, washer-dryer, private yard, televisions in each bedroom and a sparkling pool that is always the right temperature. We had a crib and playpen rental delivered from Kauai Baby Gear with no problems. Thank you for a great stay!

Exactly what we wanted!

After delaying this trip for over 2 years due to the pandemic, our family was beyond excited to finally make this trip happen. With a family of 6, including children ages 11 to 19, this property fit all of our needs and was the perfect spot to spread out, make some meals so we didn't have to eat out every day, and was a great central hub for our day trips all over the Island of Kauai. Even with the beach time we packed in, our kids loved being able to jump in the pool to finish off each day. The owner and property manager made our stay easy, the property was clean, and the beds were comfy. All 6 of us were very happy with our choice of rental and we would definitely stay here again!

Kauai 2022

We stayed 10 days at the property ( 6 of us). The location is wonderful , close to shops and restaurants as well as beaches ( 5 minute drive). In a quiet neighborhood. There is a pool ( we did not use it but to be fair we have one at home all year so we don’t need it). The house was very clean when we arrived and instruction easy to follow. The house is outdated ( but not a problem for us ) it’s still comfortable and very spacious. we could tell by the pictures that it was outdated. Not a big deal for us but may be for others. There is only one thing I should mention that might matter if you choose the house. There is quiet time at 10pm but quiet time really means you can’t be outside. The neighbor complained about us because we were outside after 10 making noise. We were 4 adults seating at a table drinking a glass of wine and talking. No music no partying , nothing just normal talk. So we chose to either be inside or whisper. While on vacation it’s nice to be outside and hangout talk and enjoy the cool weather ( it’s super hot where we live ). That is the only thing that was frustrating especially since we are not party people or noisy. Overall great house and location. Thanks

Good place to stay

We had a good visit. The pebble flooring out by the pool does her on feet. We loved the mango trees, outside shower, extra towels and blankets. I would prefer fragrance free everything and there is sunblock provided for you among many other toiletries items, but the sunblock is not reed safe, I strongerly encourage visitors to NOT stand on the coral while in the water and use ONLY reef safe sunblock ALL the time, all water ends up in our oceans.
