The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. «The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically.»
