«My stay was great here and I wanted to write a review because Phally really went out of the way to help take me to a secluded spot at night in order for me to swim with the glowing plankton, providing me with a snorkeling mask as well and waited until I was done to walk me back. The dome I stayed in was very clean and cute and breakfast was delicious as well. The shuttle to and from the ferry was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone who comes to Koh Rong Samloem.»

«The staff at the property really want to do a good job for you. Looking at the surrounding properties, it is kept in the best condition.. they try to keep the beach, clean and all the facilities clean. Surrounding areas on the beach, suffer from the same problems of too much garbage, but this place is a good microcosm on the island. Thanks for a great stay. »

«Eden Beach Resort is a welcoming place with sweet, sweet staff. The resort is right on the beach, and you can go from the pool to the sea in 15 seconds. The rooms have what you need, but be prepared for hard matresses. The breakfast is average, but the drinks in the bar are great! The restaurant has a small menu, but a good one. I can not stress enough how sweet and attentive the staff is, even with a small language barriere at times.»

«Great location with infinity swimming pool and restaurant overlooking the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Easy walk to the other side of the island to snorkel, renting the snorkel etc. from the padi office at the hotel. Plenty of bars/restaurants with lively evening entertainment and places to book activities (the trip to swim with the bioluminescent plankton at night is amazing and highly recommended!) along the beach. «Friendly and helpful staff — they waited for us at the pier with a warm greeting and help us with our luggage during check-in. The location is great, with a beautiful private beach. We arrived around 11 a.m., and the room was not ready yet, but they process the early check-in for us and invited us to relax by the pool until the room was ready.»

«The beach is just steps away, and the view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunrise. I loved the outdoor seating areas, where you can sit and enjoy the breeze. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and often disconnected, especially in the rooms.»

«Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. »

«Definitely overall the most beautiful resort on the island. It’s easy accessible, just by the pier. Even though it’s not far from the pier, the resort feels very quiet and private. There is several restaurants, bar and resorts not far away if you want to eat somewhere else. The staff puts a lot of effort into making you feel welcome and keeps the resort and beach clean at all times. If you want to explore the island the resort has scooters for rental :) »

«Et veldig fint hotell, perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til en fantastisk strand. Tilstanden er super, men det mangler litt på personalet. Dårlig service i forhold til hva vi opplevde i Vietnam, men det kan skyldes dårlige engelskkunnskaper, og muligens også relativ ny i forhold til turisme. Restauranten serverte derimot deilig mat til en grei penge, selv om det kunne ta lang tid før maten kom, og ikke alltid samtidig. Alt i alt er kjempefint hotell med mye potensiale. »
