Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western.
I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage.
Also we had a room facing the highway and it was so loud at night and I slept with ear plugs in and I could still hear the highway.
The price was right though.
