The hotel was very nice and located within walking distance of concert venues. There were also a good number of dining options very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is a bit high priced but very comfortable. The staff is helpful and professional. The roof top bar is an inviting place to enjoy part of your evening. My only negative is NO LATE Checkout. I asked for 12:30 and would have been happy with even noon. But received a NO, NO, NO!

The hotel is in a great location within walking location to many things. I think downtown Knoxville is a great spot. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Downtown celebrating our 35th anniversary. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready AND she had a bottle of wine, a sweet card, and glasses and wine opener for us. We had an early dinner reservation before a concert and wanted to get settled before heading out. Jordan made it happen! She was pleasant and so welcoming. This was our first time staying here, but it certainly won't be our last!

Not my favorite Knoxville Stay
The room was dirty and curtains were broken so I couldn’t close them, lots of light coming in very early. I love the location of the hotel but the staff was rude and acted like I was lying when I told them about the issues with the room, and still charged me extra for an early check-in (one hour!), valet, random fees.
