Metered street parking is available right outside the building (subject to availability), making it easy to unload your luggage before settling in. There are also multiple public parking garages within a short 5-minute walk, with affordable overnight rates available at some locations. Many guests have also appreciated that certain nearby parking lots offer free parking during nights and weekends. If you're exploring downtown or the University of Tennessee area, the walkable location means you may only need your car when arriving and departing.

Getting Around:

Located directly on South Gay Street, one of Knoxville’s most popular and historic streets. Guests can easily find it near Market Square and the Tennessee Theatre — two of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. It’s a straightforward drive from I-40 or I-275 into downtown.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 12 PM via messenger or phone. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
