There are 2 steps up onto the front porch, and 15 steps up to the 2nd level where the apartment is located, at the far end of the hall. **There are train tracks a block away. We've not received complaints from guests, but a sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. **Angled ceilings are a part of the anatomy of this space. If this would prove to be an issue for you, this apartment may not be the best fit. **This property is located in a safe, quiet, "regular Joe" working class neighborhood. **There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step! **No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind permitted and No parties or gatherings. **There is no paid cable or paid streaming app service for TV viewing.
