It is adjacent to Knock Shrine. The staff were lovely and welcoming in all areas. We were on bed and breakfast the food was lovely and plenty of choice. Would recommend highly.

Live Spectacular Christmas Concert
Very pleasant stay. Extremely comfortable and cosy on what was a very cold time of year. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel cleanliness was 100% Restaurant for Breakfast was very busy and had to wait a while before getting a Table and we were booked for a set time, but would not put me off staying there again. Very convenient if visiting Knock Shrine.

Really comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting within the grounds of the basilica and shrine. Evening mass at the church. Excellent meal choices. Very friendly and professional staff. Shuttle available to train station and airport. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent for a visit to the Shrine. The lack of washcloths in the bathroom is unusual for us Americans. The shower tub is uncomfortable. With the shower curtain wraparound you like a mummy with shower in use. Perhaps a curved shower curtain rod could help.

80th birthday 🎂
We were there in thanksgiving to s prayer asked the previous year and celebrate an 80th birthday. The staff were absolutely amazing. It was ni trouble for them to set up the table with balloons and bring out the cake without having to be perept to bring it out.

The room was stinky, towels are old and not fresh smelling, toilet leaks a little at the bottom part, no exhaust fan in the toilet, no facial tissues, lift doesn’t work. The redeeming factor were the staff who are helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Knock house hotel.
We stayed in knock house hotel as we were attending a funeral in Ballyhaunis. The staff were very friendly & the meal we had was beautiful as was the breakfast. The hotel is spotless. The room was lovely & warm. Love the exposed stone & the view of the shrine from the picture window behind the reception & beautiful views over the countryside from the large window on the other side. Beautifully designed that all rooms have a view of the garden. Would definitely stay again.

The Pilgrimage
This was a personal pilgrimage to Knock and the location of the hotel could not be improved on. This was enhanced by the friendly helpful and polite staff .A most spritual and uplifting experience with good food.

Serves a purpose
Stayed for one night prior to flying from Knock airport. The hotel is primarily there to cater for pilgrims to the shrine. Knock itself is a tacky cheap version of Lourdes with a street full of tawdry religious souvenirs. We couldn't find anywhere in the main street serving decent food, ended up with frozen fish and chips and a steak like leather.

nice but could be better!
A nice hotel.The rooms were ok but an armchair would be appreciated .I found the tv very small and hard to watch .The staff were friendly but were a little confused over bills for meals.After returning home I found I had been charged for a steak dinner which I didn't have!Overall good but the music in the bar was too loud..

Fantastic Stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front staff were friendly and efficient. It is a 1 minute walk to Knock shrine from the hotel, which was perfect for my mother as she can't walk very far. Their restaurant food was delicious and the staff quick. Very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend
