«The place was under MAJOR construction! No phone in room, microwave, hair dryer, coffer maker! Nothing. Dry wall dust, everywhere! No key card given. Had to call a # at the desk to be let in as Noone was ever there! »

«Parking was easy, however there is a median so you need to be on the proper side of the street. Quite a bit away from everything but still a quick drive to downtown and cheaper option than those hotels. Beds were fine although what looks like a quilt is actually another thin top sheet. Original room AC was broken so we got moved no problem, however the second room had no TV in it. »

«Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!»

«My room was adequate, two queen beds, bathroom with tub shower. The hairdryer was missing from my bathroom but one call to the front desk and I had a new hairdryer in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.»

«Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. »

You would think that if a guests room was nor receiving maid service and the guest had to contact the staff multiple times, the manager would care. But not in this case. It has been five days since our check in and not contact from management. «Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. «The breakfast was pretty good. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff was great. They brought out glowsticks for the kids and flashlights. The power was restored within an hour. The only problem was the elevator acting up and taking a long time. We used the stairs. »
