«Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.»

«The hotel was in a really good location, close to the beach, loved the pool and they also offer a free shuttle to the beach. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. My husband and I had a lovely stay.

«The staff were so amazing, always there to help and greet you, and were so friendly. Cleaning everyday and super eager to grab you breakfast. The pool was a lot of fun and cleaned every morning as well. Would come here again! It was so magical and we miss the staff already! »

«I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits.
The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort.
I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit.
It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room.
I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is ...

«Stayed here last year,no brainer to come back. Great location,great staff and the pool is so nice after a hard day down the beach. Theres also a new cafe called Rubys just opened which is a minutes walk away,great for breakfast and Nasi G»
