The hotel is located at AEON Bukit Raja Klang and it is 10 minutes walk to AEON for shopping or dining. The hotel has provided free parking for their hotel guests. The room is big and the bed is and pillows is comfortable. But the floor carpet has a lot of dust and Hotel has provided room slippers for their room guests. The bathroom door ‘s lock is spoils. The bathroom door can close and cannot lock for my room. The water pressure for shower is strong. The hotel only provide shampoo, shower cream and conditioner 1 small bottle each. It is not enough for 2 guests for shower. We have to bring our own body shampoo our own self. My room Wi-Fi is good but the centralise air-cond is taking long hours for cooling. I will stay again if the hotel rates is good and affordable.

The hotel situated in a good location at Babdar Baru Klang in Bukit Raja. The hotel is very bear to AEON Mall Bukit Raja is with in walking distance about 10 minutes. The hotel has granted free Parking fir their hotel guest. The check in and check out is smoth. The room is BIG and clean. The Bed and pillows is comfortable. The Water pressure for shower is strong but the Water pressure at the basin is very Low. I will stay in this hotel again if the room rates is good.

The place was incredible in the inside and looked modern although it looked old outside. Breakfast was not included and since we stayed in the hotel it was RM25 per person. (If you're not staying at the hotel, it will be RM55 per pax). Parking is free, just give your TnG or visa card to the reception so they can help. I liked the shower and toiletries provided, I didn't feel the need to use other soaps purchased elsewhere since it was nice to use the hotel's toiletries instead. The shower was satisfying, I could bath in it for a long time. The room was quite spacious and perhaps soundproof since we can't even hear anything outside from the room like housekeeping trolleys or noises from the people next door. The breakfast was great, they had a lot of varieties to choose from and their menus change day to day which was great so we got to try new food each day. The reception and bell boy were cheerful and great even though they were wearing mask, you can hear the cheerfulness from their voices and it made my day. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

素晴らしい施設とスタッフの対応です。部屋も非常に綺麗です。バスタブがあるとさらに良かったと思えるのですが、それでも現行の施設で満足できます。

The hotel.is clean, full amenties in room. All the staff from security guards to front liners are very friendly, polite and courteous. The only problem is long waiting time for check in as last weekend was full house.

The worst hotel I ever stayed 1. The gym was not ready for use and hotel did not inform the guest beforehand 2. Several flies flying around the room 3. Water at shower was not hot at all even when switched to the maximum 4. WC cover was damaged but was later repaired after complain 5. Shower support was loose and easy to drop off 6. Room has too many glasses and mirrors and distracting 7. Housekeeping was not done since morning till evening, I complained to the desk manager and inform them to clean before I get back but to my amazement, the room was still not cleaned up as of around 6.30pm 8. TV was not functioning well, it stops on its own and many times got hanged as it was run on WiFi which also hang frequently. The remote control also not functioning properly and not sensitive at all. Press the power button many times and still cannot sense until you feel frustrated. 9. The room phone not working, informed the desk manager to repair but did not 10. No slippers issued till I complained and was given later 11. The restaurant does not really understand what vegetarian means; out of 3 requests I made, twice went wrong 12. Finally I checked out of the dammed hotel feeling relieved. I will never ever stay in this hotel again.
