This home is just blocks from downtown & super close to walking trails. You can easily walk to a local steak house, café or the movie theater + wander back home. You’ll love this location because of the huge kitchen and all your guests can sleep in super comfy king beds, and the fact there is a great coffee house a block away. Downtown & lots of shops are about 12 blocks away Plus the Ross Ragland Theater + numerous restaurants plus the Saturday Market.
Currently furnished as a five bedroom home with extra bed options- recently remodeled with all amenities. Modular home features vaulted ceilings with lots of windows and sits on two fenced city lots. A pet is welcome.
Home features wall to wall laminate wood flooring which is great for allergy suffers with minimal throw rugs. Robot vacuums & floor scrubbers are used to keep all the flooring clean.
- Internet is live - Free Wi-Fi & Smart TV is being programmed now. Bring your Netflix, VUDU and HULU account info or use our Netflix, HULU with Beta TV Channels, & Sirius account info. Super Fast WIFI is in with 2G & 5G channels. Cable can be provided on longer term stays. Wired Internet Access is provided in the living room. Cable can be provided on longer term stays although Hulu Beta TV Channels is far better and that is being setup now at this property. Watch what you want when you want!
- 1st Phase of Smarthome Install is coming - includes remotes for either side of the Master Bed and lamp dimmers in the living room plus dimmers and occupancy sensors in the hallways.
Walk down to the Saturday Farmer's Market and bring back a gourmet meal to cook in our fully equipped kitchen.
Or just head down to our local Brewery which is about 12 blocks away and listen to great musicians and drink fabulous beer! Try the Vanilla Porter on Nitro - my personal favorite.

Outdoor dining planned and major landscape improvements planned including exterior paint this Fall if this generates the same income as this home did unfurnished. Previous tenants were doing too much damage so trying a different way.

Typically our homes are rented to traveling professionals on 3 month stays - so everything you need is in the home including the iron & ironing board and even down to a hair dryer. We are now allowing nightly & weekly stays but will always welcome longer occupancies.
Refundable Security Deposit is required but only charged if there are damages, excessive cleaning &/ or items missing. Unfortunately - this platform does not allow a different security deposit for nightly stays versus monthly stays (which it should so we have to plan for monthly stays).
We do ask that you tidy up the home at move out, clean all the cooking knives and cookware you used by hand (not dishwasher friendly), load and start the dishwasher and pull off the linens and towels and please put in the hamper. It takes 2 hours to do a king wash so I take this all to the laundry matt if all 5 kings were used.
We do our best to keep our homes spotless and in order to do that - we do ask that you return the home clean and in the same condition received it when you moved in so it is ready for the next guests coming in. We do clean between all guests and deep clean the homes often.
