Located in Southern Shores, you can enjoy the empty beaches and quiet neighborhood with the convenience of a quick drive to Kitty Hawk in the South or Duck to the North. Our family friendly home is exactly what you are looking for!
The space
Upon entering you will appreciate the modernized touches, natural lighting and updates throughout. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area provides space to gather all together as a family, without feeling crowded. Off of the living room, you will fall in love with the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and private bath with oversized shower. The top floor also features (2) Queen Bedrooms that share a Full Bath. On the lower level you will find a media room, perfect for movie nights with the family or rainy days. There is a King Bedroom and Bedroom with a Bunk Bed also on this level, and a Full Bath.
Guest access
Beach Access - Guests will be provided with beach parking passes to the neighborhood beach access down the street.

Entry - Guests will access the home through a key pad code on the door. Code will be provided at check in.

There is a pool in the backyard for guests to use! The pool will be open 4/14-9/28. We service the pool and hot tub weekly to maintain safety standards. The hot tub will be open and serviced year round.

PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
