The staff were very helpful our coffee machine didn’t work and they brought a flask of coffee to our room. The rooom was comfortable the bed very comfortable, we found it a good experience

We stayed here for a Cheer competition. The rates were double what they normally are $300 a night for a basic room . There was no housekeeping service for our 2 night stay . Wine glasses and beer cans had been left outside the elevator for 2 days with no clean up .

However, we will keep this in mind for your next stay, so we can ensure your room gets housekeeping service daily. We do apologize about the wine glasses and beer cans being left at the elevator. We will bring that to the attention of our housekeeping department, and get that sorted out, so this won't happen during your next visit. The parking lot is full of massive potholes. Other than that, the property is lovely. But surely a large and established company like Hilton can afford to repave their parking lots as to a) make their property attractive and b) make is easier and safer for guests and their vehicles. And the insane mark up on the bottled water and the Advil was absolutely shameful.

My 18yo daughter was super-excited to stay in a hotel by herself for the first time and as we were reviewing the options, DoubleTree became the clear winner as I promised her she would be given warm chocolate chip cookies on check-in. This didn't happen and she was too shy to ask. A shame as she'll be travelling a fair bit in the coming years and this kid can hold a grudge...

It was a little loud at night - construction? But I was so tired I tuned it out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was clean and everything I needed was there! I only needed to stay for one night, but would definitely recommend/stay again!
