«Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant.»

«We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade.»

This property was a perfect 2bd/2ba for my trip with a friend. Each room offers it's own creature comforts and the spacious bathrooms were a nice change. The decor is adorable. The attention to detail really makes you feel special. It didn't seem like it was thrown together between renters like some places ...

«The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown.»

«Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.»

«This property sits on a shared property with the owner on site. The unit was well equipped, super clean and close to downtown. The backyard patio space was perfect to host my niece and her husband for Thanksgiving day dinner. The owner was very accommodating and quick in response. We did have a hard time finding the wood that was to be provided for the outdoor fire pit. We did eventually find some and it made the patio super inviting.»

«This was a cozy, quiet & cute home away from home while we visited family in Wickenburg. The views are beautiful. It's near many trails for off roading which was perfect for us. The home had everything we needed & the owner was always quick to respond to communication & was very kind. If we ever make it back to this area we will definitely stay at this property again.»

«The house is unbelievably cute! The decor and pieces of the original historic house. My friend and I loved our stay. Easy to walk to restaurants, coffee. Hosts were very kind and thoughtful leaving a few snacks and water for us. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend»

«This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can.»
