TV a bit tricky to set up for local news and difficult to remove subtitles on bbc iPlayer. Bathroom a bit cold at times and not on same floor as bedroom and lounge. «Clean property, in need of certain articles replacing, 3 piece suite (assured this will be done asap), 2 flights of stairs, difficult if mobility problems. Plenty of family games, well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, beds comfortable, not sofa bed as advertised, but single foldaway bed, plus double and 2 singles, maybe extra hanging space in singles bedroom. Lovely area, plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, art galleries, etc. Extra activities on each week during summer, plenty of walks ...
