"Vi hadde rom i 6 etg først og det var ALT for mye lyd fra trafikken og rommet var skittent og slitt. Vi byttet til 11 etg, som var litt bedre. Maten var sånn passe og ikke noe spesielt. Servicen var middels. Føltes ikke veldig som 5 stjerners hotell."

"We had an excellent experience from the very beginning. Hashem at reception checked us in quickly and professionally, making the arrival smooth and welcoming. During our stay, we were very well looked after by Zaina in the mornings and Marina in the evenings, both of whom provided attentive and friendly service."

The room is clean and the food is delicious. moreover all the personal/people who are working there are very loving and wonderful!💜 Hopefully, I had the opportunity to talk with many of them and all of them are immensely helpful and generous💚 The last talk I had was With Walid and he is kind and friendly, moreover Walid is open-mind and helpful person. I enjoyed my conversation with Walid. I can say confidentiality that the owner are very lucky that all those lovely people doing their work beautifully!
