Vi vil fortsette å oppdatere bilder ettersom byggingen er gjort, eiendommen er klar til leie i mars.

Utrolig eiendom-han 1700 sq 'murstein hjem har 3 soverom / 2bath / 2 livng områder, og full av fantastiske trearbeid inkludert en solsalong. Butikkbygningen har en halvtalls basketballnøkkel, et biljardbord og et annet spillrom moro. De 2 etasjers boligkvarter med 5 store soverom totalt, 4 enkeltrom og en stor køyeseng-2560 kvm '. Alle sitter 2 kvartaler fra innsjøen!

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. This place was excellent for our large family to get together for Thanksgiving. Lots of beds to sleep a lot of people. The only complaint was some of the beds need upgraded. But over all, it was great and we would do it again!

we enjoyed our stay here. the apartments were great, modern and very efficient and clean. enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was very dark, no updates and the lighting was very poor. It did have a great kitchen with island and nice area outside for the kids to play.

Great for family Reunion!

This was a great location for a large group with a lot of entertainment options around the house -beach access, large game room with pickle ball, ping pong and another garage with air hockey. We loved that it was spacious enough with multiple gathering places and spread out enough where the noise wasn't centralized in one area. Part of our group did a fishing expedition and caught 30 fish near the dam! There are also other options for outdoor excursions, but the kids were content with swimming in the lake all day. Bonus: The house was equipped for cooking for large groups (incl. two grills). Each bathroom was stocked with soap and plenty of towels.

Great place for family reunion

Large space (two buildings) sufficient to easily accommodate our large crowd, lovely gathering spaces, large well-equipped kitchen in main house, fire pit fun. Set in rural location but that was WONDERFUL..nice walk to the lake/beach, other places to explore (state parks, casinos) within driving distance. Huge "garage" area with seating, ping-pong table, "bar" but unfortunately not heated so unusable during cold weather. Sarah readily available for any questions! Highly recommend!

Great place for family reunion

This location was great, just a short walk to the water. The lake is shallow and perfect for small kids and dogs. We held a family reunion here for about 22 people. We also had a surprise engagement and the photos turned out beautiful- great spot for family photos behind the house. There was tons of beds and places to sleep for everyone. The apartment is a great addition and there was always a bathroom available. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pans. Nice showers and plenty of clean towels, blankets, and sheets. This place had it all! I think it just needs a few updates, but it’s the perfect place for a large gathering. The air hockey table didn’t work too well and for our stay the cable TV didn’t work, but the manager was very apologetic and communicative with directtv trying to get it to work. Could’ve used a wipe down or sweep out dead bugs before our stay, but it’s Oklahoma we understand. We were still happy. Fire pit out back was great for s’mores! Great property manager as well- they were really nice. Awesome stay!

Nice Property

Overall we were satisfied with our stay here. We did have a problem with the apartment building’s AC not cooling sufficiently. However, management was responsive and a tech was out by the end of day 2. Worked like a charm after that. They call it an 8 bedroom, but the room with all of the bunk beds is not an actual room. More like a converted living space. We did encounter some broken items, towel bar, chairs and a bed frame. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot while we were there and stayed indoors mostly. We would have loved to use some of the outside games and the party room. Nice size kitchen and gather space for large groups. I would recommend staying here.

Lake house w average spaces.

The co$t, communication w property manager and descriptions were all good. This would be a great space if you’re bringing kids or teens bc there’s a large bunk room. Everything else was just adequate but the furniture was just in ok condition, some pieces broken and not particularly comfortable. Some of the beds/mattresses were uncomfortable, and considering it sleeps so many…there were no large gathering spaces…unless you used the barndominium space that had no heat or AC. It could definitely use more outdoor furniture and some of the outdoor pieces need to be replaced. Overall the space worked but we were underwhelmed w the space and accommodations.

Spacious getaway spot

This was a great getaway spot for us with ample space for all of our guests . The directions to get there was spot on and we had not trouble at all. Sarah was very communicative with us throughout and did and excellent job of working with us with some rescheduling issues as well so we really appreciate that . It was great having a huge garage that kids could use for basket ball and just fun indoors as it was cold outside . All the equipment was in great condition and all rooms were very clean . The grill was also in great condition. A couple of items to perhaps improve on maybe is perhaps to have bath soap in all the bathrooms and also put more photos that give an even better idea of this beautiful property . Thanks for everything. We had a great stay !!!

Great Place and Lake access

Loved this space on a Father's and Son's getaway weekend. Plenty of space for outdoor activities (Flag football, Volleyball). Lots on interior space to spread out as well as large room for group get together.

Short & Sweet!

Great place with plenty of room

We rented this property for our family reunion. There was plenty of room; especially bathrooms which is nice for a large group (about 25 including the kids). 3 refrigerators and 2 kitchens helped tremendously. The golf cart/atv community made it extremely easy to get everyone to the lake. Definitely on our list for future rentals.

Amazing property! Worked perfect for our family reunion we have already booked again for the next two years! Clean and friendly for all ages! Beach access was perfect and clean! Everything we needed was provided. Recommend to anyone who has a large family.

Everything you need to unplug from the world

This property is amazing! Our family, all adults, found everything we could possibly need to unplug from the world and truly relax! The game room was the icing on the cake! I actually enjoyed not having reliable internet access so we could all put our phones away and reconnect. Sarah, with the property management team, gave us every contact for boat rentals, golf carts, etc to make sure our vacay was one to remember. If you're planning time at Lake Texoma, please think about this property. You will not be disappointed

Great hangout!

The game room makes this place! Gave our teens a place to hang out even when it was cold outside. The separate cottage was awesome for some to sleep while the late nighters kept going.

Family trip

My family and I have stayed at this property for the second time and we love the space, the play area, and overall cabin feeling. It’s nice to get away from the city and just enjoy being with your family in this cozy (big) home!
