As evening sets in, unwind with loved ones on the deck, sipping cocktails and watching the sunset over the water. Perfect moments await in this charming lakefront retreat.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home, yard and boat slip.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the banks of Lake LBJ on a quiet tributary. Launch a small boat or kayak from the private dock or set out for aquatic activities such as swimming, water skiing, and fishing. Legends Golf Course is directly across the lake, three and a half miles away, and outdoor enthusiasts can visit Longhorn Caverns State Park or Inks Lake State Park. The town of Kingsland offers dining, shops, and entertainment, all a short drive from the home.

We are available to our guests via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.
Security cameras located on the outside the property
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
