We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up.
Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of King's Beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to North Tahoe Beach, Old Brockaway Golf Course, grocery stores, & amazing restaurants! For the winter getaways, we are a 10 minute drive from Northstar Ski Resort.
Guests will have private access to the entire home and all our thoughtfully provided amenities designed to make your Tahoe trip stress-free.

Our home is located off of N Shore Blvd, off of the main road of N Lake Blvd - which stretches throughout Lake Tahoe.
To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Loft Access: The loft area is accessed via a ladder that is secured to the wall. It is best suited for older children or adults who are comfortable climbing.
- Winter Conditions: The back deck and outdoor furniture may be covered in snow and inaccessible during the winter months (approximately October
May).
- Mountain Living: Power and Wi-Fi outages can occasionally occur due to weather. We have a professional snow removal service, but a shovel and ice melt are provided on the front porch for your use between services. Please use ice melt sparingly.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
