The room was huge but the base around the tube was dark and dirty..I only stayed one night and moved to another hotel because of the miss leading information on line about the distance to get to Langston University for my nieces event. I was told I would get a refund by on agent and then told that they was responsible for the refund that Expedia was because we booked through a third party.. Now Expedia says it’s the Holiday Express was responsible for the my refund.. I am wondering where is my refund because we had to travel an hour away and was told by the agent that the price we paid was to much and on top of it all the breakfast offer was horrible, locks on the doors broken bad choice!! I need my money back
