The hotel has one working elevator with no signage on the broken down one.
I booked two rooms, one being a King which the occupants were charged $30 for asking if their room was ready prior to the regular check-in time. The desk agent informed them it was an early check in charge, even though the room was ready and available with no added cost to the hotel to allow them in 2 1/2 hours earlier.
The breakfast was portly run with wait times for hot food upwards of 5 minutes. The coffee was awful from both the drip machine and the latte machine. There was no fruit either and the tables were dirty even though empty.
The Queen suite came with a sofa bed that had one old thin blanket as the only cover and one of the Queen beds had clearly not had the sheets changed as there was "dirt" inside the sheets at the foot of the bed.
The Hot Tub was extremely hot and not able to be sat in for more than 2 mins at best.
I will stay at the Canalta down the road knowing the quality meets basic expectations.
Overall very poor
