«An amazing view on lake Toya from the hotel room and the bath tub, just like presented in the pictures from the hotel.
The staff was very attentive and welcomed us from the arrival in parking lot. Carried our luggage and made a personal check in seated in the lobby with a good cup of coffee.
Free bar in the evening and good gaming zone with retro games.
An exclusive stay with very high customer focus and a staff that do anything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We really enjoyed ...

«This seasoned hotel turned out very satisfying to me. Though at one end of the beach park, it boasts a great view, with access to spacious beach front. Just as the picture of its exterior onsen spa shows, you can see the mountain at the far end of the lake. Also the check-in time is not as restrictive as some online review complained (before 6pm) so more flexible for a busy travel schedule. The staff is courteous and responsive to guests' need when they observe it. The only challenge for guests ...
