Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Portable crib provided.

• The pool is seasonally open from 10 AM - 10 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Parking lot level. 4 steps required with no elevator access.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
