We enjoyed our stay. They allowed for a later check out, which was nice. When we were leaving on May 21 however, the lady working at the front desk wasn’t so friendly not like the others. The pool area is rundown and could use some maintenance and TLC.

Really loved how close it was to town, just down the hill like a 5 minute drive. Super convenient. Wasnt too pleased about how dirty both the pool and hot tub was. The hot tub was more of a lukewarm tub at best and the jets werent very strong. Oneof the hot tubs was out of service which i assume is because of the time of year but made it awkward when trying to share with other people

Great off the road place. Great for peace and quiet- not as good for going to local shops. BUT... easily worth the drive. pool was very cold - It was May, but would have been nice to have been a bit heated. Great stay - will stay there again if in the area.

Old wooden building that has some character. Room was certainly spacious but old. Bathroom, mattress, and couch could use an upgrade. Not a bad stay.

Not very clean poor cleaning service aswell front desk service. Restaurant only open 3 days a week for 4 hours. Pool and hot tub were disgustingly gross. Would never stay there again.

I am sorry your stay disappointing. We drain and pressure wash the pool every 6 months which was done just prior to your arrival, so I am surprised by your comment.

Quiet and nice hotel. Good value for room and location. Pull out couch was really hard to maneuver (glad my husband was here to help with that)!. Limited dining/coffee options on site - have to drive into town.

This resort was humongous and has a lot of room. The rooms also have lots of free space and each room has two beds and a couch. The beds are fluffy and soft and the only thing that was not ideal is that the living room smelled like our car, but other than that, it was the perfect place to stay. The lodge also has a pool, a hot tub, a place to train kids to ski, a mini skiing area, and humongous place to ski that is bigger than the hotel itself.

Excellent location and quaint units with most things you need. Staff are available to provide additional items or tell you where to get them. I used the BBQ, which worked well and one hot tub was while the other was out of service.

The pool was quite murky, I assumed it was clean otherwise they wouldn’t have let people in but it looked pretty gross, you could barely see the bottom of the pool. The restaurant was disappointing, for a $24 burger I expected table service but instead I had to go and order from the waitress and pay immediately making it much more of a cafeteria experience.

There was only one hot tub working and it was incredibly over crowded and uninviting (Water strange color). THe hotel rooms were great though and so was the staff.

Condos are on the slopes right next to the lifts. They are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Ski lockers are downstairs and parking and restaurants are close. Once you’re here there is no reason you have to drive anywhere except maybe the market.

Lady that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and when my daughter called from the room to ask for ice, she said she was rude. Also the pool is a joke. Why have an outdoor pool open in the wintertime and have it too cold for anyone to want to use. There are 2 little dank looking hot tubs ( one of which has apparently been out of service for quite some time. For $300 a night I expect better.

Convenient. Building is tired. Only 1 slow elevator. Only 1 hot tub works ( seems a chronic issue). Staff kinda sour.

Our stay at Trickle Creek was great as expected. As a ski in/out destination, it has all that we were looking for. A small kitchenette could have a few more essentials if cooking meals (salt, pepper, oil), but basic pots and pans etc are there for preparing food. Basic hotel coffee is provided. Bed was very good. They’re pet friendly, and made us and our Golden feel welcome!

Far from everything. Terrible wifi. Staff seemed gloomy and unwelcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when checking in. One person had pretty bad body odour at the desk (I think it was the guy who prepared the room). Morning staff was friendlier and normal. There was some kinda unknown clear/white liquid on the carpets. It was fresh too, assuming some kind of product? No idea. It grossed me out so I didn't want to take my shoes off the whole time. The staff were kinda weird, kept asking the other if the room is ready repeatedly and the other answered repeatedly. Makes me wonder what was wrong with that room. Working fireplace. Depressing lighting. Desperately in need of a facelift, everything is old and outdated. Bathroom fan was so loud. Took forever for hot water to come out of the tap sink. Pet stains on the elevator carpet. This place left such a bad impression I could never stay here again nor recommend it.
