we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful.

Very helpful and friendly host who cooked our breakfast very early for us to enable us to catch an early ferry.Rooms very clean and comfortable .Plumbing a bit noisy at times !

Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Very welcoming place and recommended. Only criticisms are the heating that had no controls which meant it was dependent on a central timer to heat all rooms. We were given a fan heater to use at other times which seemed.outdated but was effective. The WiFi in our room was limited. Oldest tv I’ve seen in a while. No toiletries wa a bit disappointing. On the whole minor quibbles as staff and friendliness was great. Would recommend

Our hosts were truly welcoming. They even included us in Christmas dinner. A more comfortable and friendly place would be hard to imagine. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a great stay at Moyglare Lodge (4 days), Merilee and Pierce are excellent hosts. Breakfast were great and I got a lot of good advice on places to go and things to see. Thanks!

Not so good
The welcome was poor, teenagers not understanding what was really going on. The room was comfortable. Nothing surrounding the home to see, no real places to eat.

Great stop pre-ferry!
The hosts were very welcoming and informative of the area. Our son was poorly, nd they were very kind and helpful to us. We often visit Ireland, so will return as this was a very comfy and welcoming B&B….. and the breakfast was fab too!

Wonderful country inn. We wished we could have stayed longer. There was a game room for the kids and a nice soaking tub too. Peaceful inn with a wonderful breakfast.

Tropical Paradise
The folks at Moyglare were very friendly and very helpful. They were a pleasure to talk to. The property is beautiful with an incredible outdoor area that you can relax and enjoy the sun or under cover of an open tiki hut were you could spend the afternoon just resting or an afternoon tea. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Ireland on our next trip.

Lovely B&B
The room was very comfortable and had two windows whcih allowed a good airflow/breeze into the room. The shower was good but a shelf for product would be nice. The people were very friendly and good breakfast provided. Lovely property.

Clean comfortable Manor.
Fabulous hosts in a clean comfortable country house hotel. The house is furnished in antiques and set in beautiful well tended grounds. Everything was clean and well kept up. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was lovely. We sat beside s lovely turf fire and our stay was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it.

One night stay in family room
We (a family of four) spent only One night in this B and B. It's a really convenient place when you come from the ferry. It's a quiet place despite of the road just opposite and the irish breakfast is really nice.

Lovely Accomodation very homely.
We stayed at Moyglare over Easter weekend, the facilities were fualtless, we had a large family room comfortable beds , our two grandsons loved the very well equipped games room in the attic, the “Full Irish” breakfast was very well cooked and there were plenty of other foods on offer in the breakfast room , fresh fruit, cerial, toast, orange juices. The home was beautiful with loads of character, parking was spacious and the location was ideal for the ferry or traveling into Wexford, sadly the weather wasn’t the best but it didn’t spoil our holiday. Many thanks to Wayne who looked after us all and cooked our lovely breakfast.

Moyglare is a beautiful place to stay. The basset hound is the perfect greeter for the guests--he is gregarious and loves belly rubs--at this pet-friendly inn. The hosts were accommodating and informative. On their recommendation, we went into Wexford to explore. It was a casual and relaxing afternoon. Dinner at the local pub, also on their recommendation, was delicious (try the lamb shank). There is not much in the immediate vicinity, but this was a perfect location for us to catch the ferry in Rosslare early in the morning.The grounds were beautiful and lush and even with the windows open, it made for a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was hot and made to order. I highly recommend Moyglare.

Good hotel with friendly helpful owners.
I was only staying a few days over Christmas therefore was using it was a Bed and Breakfast. It was brilliant for this as the room was comfortable with a large bathroom. If you like your fried breakfasts then this is the place. There is other breakfasts available. There is plenty of parking. Overall a great find for me and perfect for my short Christmas break with family.

Excellent hotel!
A lovely hotel in its own grounds, with great parking. A warm welcome was given, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cosy and beautifully furnished and tastefully in keeping with the time it was built. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, a huge selection to choose from. Service was excellent. We both had a great night's sleep as it was extremely quiet. Excellent location, as only a few minutes from the port of Rosslare. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived just before check in and was warmly greeted. Unfortunately Expedia had not forwarded our booking details. We were treated so nicely and professionally and after a little wait installed a beautuful room

What a beautiful place! Glad we stayed there when we got off of the ferry. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. We were directed to a nearby laundry so we could get some clothes washed up and we had trouble with the washer. Our clothes could not be dried that night. Getting back to the B&B they said their dryer was broken and they used that laundry as well. They offered to put some items in the kitchen where it gets warm to try and dry them out. Very concerned about how they could help. Nice! Got things figured out in the morning and came back for breakfast. Delicious! I found out I like black pudding! (blood sausage) We explored the house and discovered the garden that was behind the house. Too bad we had to leave, would have been nice to relax in the daylight. If it wasn't for the laundry issue it would have been perfect, and THAT was the outdoor laundromat next door at fault.
