This is a duplex home and you have access to the first floor and lower level. There may be a guest who has access to the top floor and upper deck. The entrance is shared and everything in the homes are separate. The floors are insulated for sound.

We are local if you need us.

DoubleDen is located on the Killington Access road, close to everything! The shuttle to the Killington resort stops in front of our home.

Please note: If you need a pack `n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.
- Please keep ski, snowboard, and outdoor equipment in the spacious entry areas.
- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- Use of fireworks is not allowed on this property.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
