«gym was well equipped the woman's changing room reeked of urine as the toilets were not flushing. Everything was musty and smelled awful. The steamer room was closed , the heated pool entrance was filthy The Mountain View was exceptional even though the weather was horrible »

«Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure! »

I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys. «Room wasn’t clean black mold in toilet. Furniture was worn. Beds were clean. Advertised having a restaurant and bar. Both were closed. The lock on the door was Not secure metal enforcement plate missing. Room should not have been rented. Ring an avid skier and frequent Killington I would NOT stay there again. «This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.»

Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. «Great accommodations! Location was convenient about a mile from the town center. Our room was neat and clean had nice views of the river and backyard was well maintained. Ideal for a family with children and dogs. Lots of play area and plenty of room to relax under a shady tree and read a book. Very nice restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and was included in the room rate. All staff members were kind, helpful and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was special.»

«We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control.
