Otter’s Holt is a two-bedroom circular cottage designed to sit naturally within its riverside surroundings. The curved structure and timber construction create a sense of calm throughout, with large windows drawing in light and framing views of the River Lochay.



Inside, the open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the cottage, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are arranged for comfort and privacy, making the space equally suitable for couples or small families. Underfloor heating runs throughout, providing consistent warmth in all seasons.



Outside, the private hot tub is set beside the river, offering a quiet place to relax and watch the water move past.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, private outdoor area and hot tub. Dedicated parking is provided nearby. There are no shared facilities.

Otter’s Holt is located at Bridge of Lochay on the edge of Killin, within a small collection of thoughtfully designed riverside cottages. The setting is quiet, yet close enough to walk into Killin for pubs, shops and local amenities.



The River Lochay runs directly beside the property, and the surrounding area provides easy access to walking routes, cycling and wider exploration of Highland Perthshire.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider area, although Killin village amenities are within walking distance. Parking is provided at the property, with straightforward access from the A85 and A827.
