The problems started when i got there. I simply asked the from desk lady if it was possible to book another night. She didn't hesitate , told me it was completely possible. Added the night and then the booking wouldn't work. I did book the first night through Expedia, but I was trying to get a second night through the hotel. Because the front desk lady did it wrong, expedia wouldn't allow my booking to go through. I spent 3 hours on the phone in the lobby fixing their mistake. They wouldn't let me check in for 3 hours because of THEIR MISTAKE. I was exhausted. I finally get to my room after 1am.
Then! At 7:25 am i get a wake up call that i obviously didn't ask for.
Then! At 9 am the fire alarm goes off! I rush down stairs and ask the new front desk lady if there's a fire and she LAUGHS at me! This alarm was sooooo loud and still going off while I'm asking her. She says, no. Just an error. I go back to my room. The alarm goes off at least 3 more times, and then i dusky learn that they are testing it. No one informed the guests of this.
The hot tub was lukewarm and jets were unavailable.
The coffee maker was broken.
The lotion bottle in my room was completely empty.
When i first stepped into my room, there was a sewage smell. Not super strong, but definitely there. Like they have a sewage leak or old pipes.
Most staff was very rude.
This is the most I have ever spent on a hotel that treated me so badly.
