Outstanding Luxurious House in Killarney- 5mins walk to Killarney Town Centre

Welcome to Naughtons Villa, our exceptional, beautifully refurbished luxury holiday home, which is only a few minutes walk into Killarney town and the National Park gates. The house is set in private grounds with ample private parking and offers exquisite self-catering accommodation for large groups of friend’s , families, or groups of golfers wishing to play on one of the many golf courses in Kerry. We take pride in the quality of our facilities, cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail.
The space
The house has gone through an extensive refurbishment to the highest standards . Full accommodation for 10/12 people which includes 2 large reception rooms with plenty of space to relax at the end of the day. There is a separate dining room, where the whole group can enjoy dining together. A spacious fully equipped modern kitchen with mountain views where you can enjoy cooking and socialising around the island. 5 large bedrooms, all with en suite. Separate large upstairs bathroom with bath, and downstairs toilet and wash basin. Beautifully, landscaped gardens with large decked area and mountain views, outside seating and barbecue. The house has central heating, Wi-Fi, 2 large Smart TVs, usb sockets in all the bedrooms, travel adapters, and an electrically installed fire and smoke alarm system.
Other things to note
Naughtons Villa is the perfect location, from which to explore Killarney's famous National Park, Ring of Kerry, The Wild Atlantic Way and the southwest region. It is also only a few minutes walk into town, where you can find all amenities, including traditional Irish Pubs where you can enjoy Irish music and dance, along with plenty of highly recommended restaurants .

The location of the house cannot be beat as it is just a few minutes walk to the town. All 5 bedrooms are en-suite with 2 more bathrooms as well. The clothes washing machine/dryer combination unit, while not the same as a typical US setup, proved adequate. Due to the length of our stay (16 days) the owner arranged for a housekeeper visit and the place looked like new again afterwards.There is a bit of street noise, however for us that was easily overlooked in favor of the homes location.Communication with the owner was very easy and timely.In our multi families opinion, a repeat at this home would be a must for a future visit to Killarney. And in my opinion as the planner/payer, while a bit on the upper end price wise, the house is worth every penny.

Perfect Home Base For Our Family's Ireland Adventure

Exceptional accommodations and location for Killarney and surrounding areas. Our family of 14 that included our adult children and their young children had plenty of space with 5 ensuite bedrooms, a large kitchen, and multiple sitting rooms. The house is an easy walk into town and close to the many local attractions. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Ireland adventure. We would rate it 10 Stars if that was an option!

Has everything you could want!

Naughtons Villa has everything you could want for a large holiday property - location; plenty of room; separate spaces for lounging and eating; great kitchen; en-suite bathrooms; plentiful stocks of quality cutlery, crockery, and glassware; and a very welcoming and responsive host. We had a multi-generation family stay at Naughtons and it could not have worked better. We could walk to town for meals and drinks at leisure; hung out at the house and cooked when we needed to; and used it as a base to explore the broader area. Particular thanks to Jacqueline for making us feel welcome and responding to various questions we had. Lovely.

The Perfect spot for Killarney & Kerry

Whether it is your first trip to Killarney or you have been there several times like some of my family, there is not a better spot I can imagine—even better than any hotel in town! The location is superb—it's an easy walk to town and an unlimited number of Pubs and Restaurants. A few steps away from Bike rentals and the Killarney Brewing Taproom, which has the best pizza in Ireland and great locally brewed beers. Killarney House & Gardens is 3 minutes away and is the gateway to beautiful Killarney National Park. The house has everything you need: beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with private baths, a kitchen with brand-new appliances, everything you need, and plenty of seating for 12 people! You can cook your own Irish meal with no problem! Highly recommend!

More than Perfect!!

We stayed in Killarney for 4 nights and feel that our stay at the Naughtons Villa added an unexpected elegance and charm to our vacation in Ireland! We loved all the little touches of comfort and hospitality that Jacqueline left for us. The house was immaculate and very spacious and comfortable for our large family. The location was perfect as well. We were in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and pubs without feeling all the hubbub and noise of the city center. The house also had a beautiful outdoor seating area where we could gather and enjoy the view of the mountains. I highly recommend this home.

Great house Center of town

We were a group of 7 golfers and this home was fantastic. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable, quiet, and all had own bathrooms with lots of towels and supplies. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. Kitchen was better outfitted than my house, anything you need to cook and eat as a large group is available, enough china for a group of 20. Two sitting rooms and large dining room made for a ton of room. Had an issue with remote and Jacqueline had it resolved ASAP, she was great to deal with, her local cleaning crew were also amazing and did a great job. Home is walking distance everywhere in town, shopping at gas station is the way to go, booze available right next door, what more could you need, will give a solid 10/10 and can’t wait to use home again.

Great Stay - Every detail accounted for!

We stayed for 6 nights- the house was perfect for our group and everyone had everything they needed. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected but were able to get right in and out of the rain! Plenty of space to hang out, great kitchen and dining area.
