Enjoy spectacular panoramic ocean views from this beautiful condo in a truly private setting! This is one of the best located units in the complex providing unobstructed ocean views from the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and two lanais and is situated away from all roads and the associated road noise. This two bedroom, two bath upper Wailea Ekolu condo overlooks the 10th fairway of the famous Wailea Old Blue Course. The vaulted ceilings and many windows provide an open, bright and airy tropical feeling. The privacy of this unit cannot be overemphasized as you relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets from two of your three private lanais where no other units face you! This is the perfect perch for whale watching from Dec.- Apr. when the humpback whales migrate to this area to breed and give birth. Wailea Ekolu #306 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with an ocean view with A/C in the living room and both bedrooms. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms provide queen beds, and televisions. The master bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower. For your beach days, Wailea Ekolu #306 provides beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available.
Wailea Ekolu #306 is located on the 10th fairway with expansive ocean views and there are three lanais for you to relax and take in the views. The refreshing A/Cs are on 4 hour timers for energy efficiency. Sleeps 5.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable.

Another great stay

Gil’s is our go-to every time we visit Maui. The condo is top notch with a great view and space, and Gil is a terrific host. Easy setup and communications, fully loaded condo in a perfect location. Makes each of our Maui visits perfect!

We love this condo. This was our second stay here because it is absolutely lovely. What a location, and the condo is meticulously maintained. Gil, the owner, is responsive and thoughtful. Nice Getaway

Good location with a nice ocean view and view of the golf course. Quiet top floor location with easy access to the community pool and BBQ. Within walking distance of the Wailea shops and a short drive to lots of public beach access. Smaller but functional kitchen perfect for four people. Very responsive communication with owner prior to and throughout our stay.

Wonderful condo - beautiful stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Gil's condo was clean, comfortable, and offers the best sunset viewing on the lanai. It's location in Wailea is perfect. So many great shops,restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. We look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks Gil!

Still our fav Maui spot

This is at least our fifth or sixth time at this condo and it still is our favorite Maui spot! Awesome location and view, the condo is clean and very nice, plus Gil is a pleasure to deal with. You can easily walk to anywhere in Wailea from the condo and it’s right on the Blue Course. Coffee is less than two blocks away! Mahalo again!

Great property !

This is a very clean, well appointed, and well maintained property. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, and lots of amenities within a short walking distance. It is within walking distance to the beach, but it is easier to drive, especially if you have kids and their beach toys. The quiet location and proximity to everything else more than makes up for it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The condo is very clean and quiet, and the location is great. It’s walking distance to coffee shop, groceries and golf. Snorkeling at the Ulua Beach is only 3 min drive. Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at the lanai and watching sunset!

A little bit of Heaven

The pictures listed understate the beauty of this property. The highlight to the property is the lanai and the ocean sunsets you can see from it. The condo is perfectly located in the upscale community of Wailea just minutes from top rated resorts, beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The property is quiet and sits away from main road. You have uninterrupted views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo is positioned along the golf course which did not cause any issues during our stay. The condo was well equipped with all the essential needs including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach gear. It allowed our family to feel at home away from home and take in a little bit of heaven! We will be booking again in the near future.

Great location with a view, plus close to coffee, food, golf and the beach. Roomy and well appointed condo that we have used twice and already have trip three planned. Gil is terrific to work with and helps make our vacations feel like vacations.
