Grounds were beautiful, well maintained, sunset from the beach was magnificent! Condo was old, outdated, dirty, and dark. Dirty, dark, steep steps to 2nd floor. Sheets on the bed were dirty or had stains from feet or poop smears, hair on the sheets, truly looked/smelled like they were never changed. Floors were absolutely completely filthy! I bought a swiffer wet jet and it took 8 cleaning pads to clean. Doors to the bathroom and bedroom had much dirt, finger prints, and filth as did the baseboards. The kitchen was okay, missing a rack in the microwave, no ice maker, but otherwise okay. The light over the dining table was burnt out. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen area with suds after using a management provided soap packet. The bathroom was dark and the shower head sprayed cold water outside the shower as you tried to turn it on. The toilet ran incessantly. The bath towels were of poor quality. There was a mop,no bucket, 2 brooms, no dustpans. The ACs were loud & hard to regulate The lanai was nice. After complaining by phone call to Kristen about the dirty sheets and poop smeared toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet when we arrived,a cleaning crew changed the bedding and swept the bathroom floor. After noticing the extreme filth on my socks the next day, I mopped the floor myself with a purchased swiffer wet jet. I sent pictures of the 8 filthy wet jet pads first by text and then the next day by email, and they sent someone two days later to remove.
