This property is uniquely situated adjacent to the historically important 16th century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the pond provides safe swimming for children and those wishing to avoid heavy surf. Additionally, there is a solar-heated swimming pool with barbecue grills on both the ground level and on top of the roof. The rooftop also offers some of the best views on this side of the island.
