Kamaole Beach Royale #309 is a one bedroom and one bath unit with AC in the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. The bedroom features a King bed and a SmartTV with cable. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room features a sofa bed and a large-screen SmartTV. The lanai provides a wonderful vantage point for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. There is a telephone provided for local calls. Kamaole Beach Royale #309 also supplies beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys for outdoor enjoyment. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! The unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Anniversary trip

I don’t like ever leaving negative feedback on a stay and actually I think this is probably the first. The biggest complaint we had was that the air conditioning was woefully inadequate and we spent every night sleeping in a bedroom that was too hot and we couldn’t even have a sheet on top of us. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There were dust bunnies and picture frames, etc. underneath the bed, those were the major issues we had. The location of the property is perfect. Check in process was smooth. I tried to contact management on the deadbolt issue, but we just relied on the lock on the screen door. Some of this needs to be updated to improve future stays.

Home Away from Home

Great location. Been visiting Kamaole Beach Royale since the 3rd grade. Celebrated my 50th birthday in Kihei this year. Feels like home away from home. Can’t beat the location for beach, shops, local eats. Love!

The location is great- we could walk to shops, restaurants, and lovely beaches. The condo was clean but could use updating in bedroom and bathroom.

Great view from the Lanai.

Overall it was an enjoyable visit. Pros: The view was awesome. The pool was nice. The BBQ deck and seating area was great for watching the sunset and cooking a meal. Plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom. Had the basics for soaps and toiletries. Location was awesome, a 2 minute walk to one of the better beaches on the island. Lots of walkable restaurants and other stores. Cons: Loud construction noises (saws and hammer drills) all day 9-5, M-F from the unit next door. Could not relax at all and felt forced out. They didn't clean up after themselves and left the outside hallway dirty enough it tracked into our place and left the gate and door dusty. The frying pans were unusable as the Teflon coating was peeling off on most of each pans serface. We ended up going out to buy one of our own so we could actually make a meal, and left it for the next person. Sorry, it was warped when we got it from Safeway. The AC worked for the living room, but didn't reach the bedroom, so it was hot each night. The vacuum head was broken so the rug beater didn't spin at all, and the broom was half broken and annoying to use. The water had a funky smell to it. Not sure if that was just the building or the city, but we bought a lot of bottled water. The cabinets were definitely in need of some TLC as the paint was peeling off the bottom. Overall, we were in Hawaii so we were out enjoying activities. It was temporary.

Cozy apartment with Beautiful Views

The view is beautiful and consistent with the pictures on the listing! The unit itself was clean and was well equipped consistent to the listing. It was great to have laundry and kitchen items. Beach towels and couple lawn chairs were useful. Do note that other beach supplies (goggles etc) are older but there are stores a block away to rent other beach rentals. The AC wasn’t strong as it wasn’t located in the bedroom but the unit had multiple ceiling fans which kept it cool. The location is super convenient! Close to convenience stores, fast casual restaurants and most importantly it’s close to many beach parks ! The area is more chill and less touristy which I enjoyed. The property management had great communication and if you had questions, there was an agent on site during business hours. Overall highly recommend this place.

property was extremely clean and a walk away from the beach, food and shops. The bed was comfy and everything we needed was supplied within the property. In addition it was very quiet which was so nice when sleeping in.

Amazing view

We enjoyed staying here. It’s standard layout for condo. The view is unbelievable. Better than the pictures and the pictures are nice. Some of the fluorescent bulbs are harsh, in bathroom and kitchen, but we used the dimmer ones.
