Kamaole Beach Royale #212 is a beautiful spacious unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unit is air conditioned in the living room and has ceiling fans in the three bedrooms. The unit provides complimentary wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. Please note #212 does not have a garbage disposal at the kitchen sink. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom provides two twin beds. The two bathrooms are both equipped with showers so you can rinse off after a trip to the ocean. The living room features a large cable television and a blu-ray player as well as a phone for local calls. The spacious lanai gives you lots of room to enjoy the view as you are cooled by the soothing tradewinds. Kamaole Beach Royale #212 also provides beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and a cooler for your outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Sleeps up to 6 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

Loved it but..

We love Maui and have always enjoyed the location and views from Kamaole Beach Royale. This was our first time staying in this unit and it checked all the boxes besides privacy for the master bedroom. There are no blinds or curtains for the large window facing the lanai which means you have street lights gleaming into the room all night (even with the lanai blinds pulled down) and it’s also awkward that when others are on the lanai they can see into the bedroom. We have always assumed a bedroom would have privacy and didn’t notice in any reviews that others mentioned this but having a dark room at night and decent privacy is a priority for us so can’t give this unit 5 stars.We loved everything else and had a wonderful time.

Great little spot close to the beach

Beautiful property so close to the beach. Nice extras like beach chairs and umbrella. Elevator with carts to make getting items up to the room super easy. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Centrally located to explore the island. The two interior bedrooms were a bit warm and that would be the ONLY gripe. Everything else was perfect!

Great location and space

The property overall was great...good space, well stocked kitchen, etc. Like some other guests I had missed that their was only one AC unit for the condo. The two smaller guest rooms definitely were hard to cool down, but we picked up some super strong fans from Lowes and they went a long way toward pushing to colder air into the rooms. The on site pool was great and it was super easy access to a great beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It was close to beaches and amenities. Easy to get to places in the area. The place was clean and tidy when we checked in. The beds were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed that there were beach chairs and umbrella for us to use and take with us to enjoy the beaches just across the street.

Perfect location and great property for 3 couples

We had a lovely 7 night stay. Condo was clean and had a great view and quick beach access. There was some noisy construction during our stay but it wasn’t too disruptive. After noticing some missing towels and beach chairs, the property manager was quick to bring us new chairs and towels. Would stay there again during our next Maui visit.

Great experience

This property was clean and close to so many amenities. Our family loved our visit. The condo could definitely be in upgrade of basic kitchen items including plates and more of them and also upgrading cooking tools And more plastic storage containers for food. We were warned of tiny bugs, and keeping our dry foods in plastic bags or containers which we did, but the tiny bugs were everywhere even in drawers esp in the kitchen and on walls. It was definitely liveable but would rather not have seen them.

Family Vacation

This place was located in the perfect spot. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We had a blast hanging out at the beach together and our condo came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. We definitely plan to return again!

Great Kihei Location

We had a wonderful time on Maui, and the condo was a great home-base. It was comfortable and spacious. The location is a major plus. We loved that the beach was only a 3-minute walk as well as was located where quite a few good eats were close by. And it was centrally located to take day trips. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect vacation rental for this family of 6

Kamaole Beach Royal #212 exceeded our expectations. We travelled to Maui with our sons and their girlfriends and this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was absolutely perfect. The condo accommodated all of us space-wise. It is well laid out and very comfortable. The roof-top BBQ came in handy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The in-suite washer/dryer was definitely appreciated since we stayed for 2 weeks. The lanai was a great place to have a morning coffee and read. As advertised, the unit also provided beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, a small cooler and beach umbrella and towels. The unit is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are shops and restaurants all around. We rented a van so having a parking spot included with the rental was a bonus. I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a place in S Kihei for 4-6 people.
