You are invited to stay in this beautiful, romantic condo in South Kihei, right next to the ocean. You will not be disappointed. We guarantee that what you read and see is what you get, and so much more!!!

Most notable with our quests and honeymooners are the ultra comfy King size bed and private lanai surrounded by tropical plants.

Our condo has two brand new remodeled bathrooms!

You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom\ 2 bathroom condo plus all the resorts amenities.

I am available via email\text and phone if you should need anything during your stay. Plus we have an on island contact that lives close by.

This is the best part of Kihei. Our resort is located across the street from the golden sands of Kam 2 beach. This section of the beach is the least windy part of Kihei and its just steps away!

There is free parking at the resort.

DISCLOSURE: Although the resort hires professional pest control services your experience in the tropics may include pests, which cannot be completely controlled, such as insects, rodents, and friendly geckos. You may also experience dangerous ocean conditions, strong sun and security issues. There are no lifeguards at the pools or beaches.

The place was clean, but a bit dated. Check in was easy as you can go atraight to the room. We didnt use the beach chairs, but they were a nice offering.

April was great to work with. Responded quickly when I texted and asked her questions. The location was great, right across the street from Kamaole II beach. We loved that she had boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment for us to use. The 2nd bathroom was very nice to have as well. Thanks, April!

Host responded to questions quickly. Unit location was great. Close to pools, parking and beach. Well equipped with lots of beach items. We have been to the Banyon before but the first time on the pool side of the complex. Much cooler and nicer view. Shade made the lanai very comfortable. Enjoyed out stay and would book again

My husband and I have stayed at the Maui Banyan several times and this was our favorite experience ever. We will book this condo again. It had beach chairs and boogie boards. It was beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend to everyone.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC and a washer/dryer—couldn’t ask for more

The Peaceful Condo in Kihei was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC and a washer/dryer—couldn’t ask for more. The two bathrooms were great, even though it was just my husband and me. The couch also pulls out into a bed if needed. A short walk to the beach made the location even better.For parking, you’ll get an email from the HOA to register your vehicle, so have your make, model, and license plate ready. The property manager also sends detailed emails with washer/dryer instructions, AC directions, the door code, and WiFi password. Upon arrival, just pick up your parking pass at the lobby—your spot is conveniently on the first floor near the lobby, and the condo is just down the hall above the lobby. Super easy process!

Fifth stay here

The facility was as expected nice upgrades great location. Our issues were should have been cleaner and lack of incidentals etc soaps, shampoo, toilet paper! After finally getting hold of the management personnel to give them our concerns they apologized and were to address the issue it never happened. I had to reach out to them again instead of them reaching back to us. Poor communication to say the lease we went and purchased the items needed still waiting to be reimbursed

Nice location in Kihei

Really like this complex that was right across the street from the beach. The grounds and staff were nice. Having 2 bathrooms in the unit was nice, even for just my husband and I. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy to get out to the hwy for exploring the rest of the island. Quick 30 minutes to the airport. Would stay again.

Parking is horrible. If you rent a car you will not find parking anywhere in the complex. No reserved spot for the renter of the unit and no extra spots anywhere. Place was great and very accommodating otherwise.

The condo looked exactly like the photos, no disappointments at all. A very nice condo and the new shower was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained with flowers and trees everywhere. The parking garage always had spaces to park but there was no elevator in the garage. April was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice condo with easy access to almost everything

My husband and I decided last minute to get away for a long weekend and came across this condo. We always stay in Kihei so it great to find this place. The condo is nice and the remodeled bathrooms are wonderful. We loved having our own bathrooms to get ready in. Have a king size bed and AC was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Maui Banyan is a nice location

We've stayed once before, last decade, at the Maui Banyan. It's a great location! This unit has everything you could possibly need and is well equipped. Staying on this side of the complex is ideal and quiet (also not looking onto the parkade on the other side of the complex) but keep in mind this unit is on the first floor and with the beautiful landscaping and large palm outside this unit, it does not allow much natural light into the unit. Not a complaint per se, but it was quite dark in the unit almost all the time. Bed mattress is past its prime and wasn't comfortable (same with pillows). Bar stools are pretty worn out and no padding left. Restrooms look to be fairly recently renovated and look great although operationally there are some issues which have been relayed to the owner (one being the sewage smell which was horrid in one of them). Glad there was a second restroom. We had a great time in Maui! Mahalo!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay here! It was great having a full kitchen and a coffee machine. Clean and right next to Kam II and not far from Big Beach! Also a walking distance from restaurants and a bar! Definitely will be back.

Beautiful garden view and sounds

I loved waking up to the sounds of the birds outside the bedroom patio doors. We are very familiar with the property so we knew exactly where we would be. We hadn't stayed in this unit before however. My husband likes very modern accommodations and he was somewhat hesitant before arriving but he had to admit that it was clean and practical. The view was perfect for me (he prefers higher views). The balcony is enough above ground to feel secure. It is very narrow so no visiting on them but I enjoyed my morning coffee there every day. The washer and dryer were wonderful, large capacity units! The fridge is great with the ice (crushed and cubed) and filtered water that I enjoy so we could refill our bottles before heading out for the day. The bed was too firm for me but a perfect size. Having two clean and updated bathrooms were exactly what we need when travelling and trying to get showered and ready at the same time. The basics were all there and many items that I hadn't expected like nail polish remover. We arrived very late so it was great to shower without having to find our shampoo etc in our baggage. I would recommend this unit. (If you haven't stayed in the Banyan before, this is one of the closest buildings to the beach. It is an easy walk to the restaurants. Be sure to find Penny's Pizza and Pasta behind Moose's and Fred's. It also has a view of the ocean even though it is set back from the others.)

Great Adult Getaway

A very elegant property that is great for adults. The unit is decorated in a very sophisticated style that is clearly intended more for couples than families. The owner was lovely and responsive to deal with and the property was nicely updated and supplied. Highly recommended for a couple looking to add a bit of sophistication and class to their getaway.
