    Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #403, located in the heart of Kihei, Maui!. Enjoy a spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and neighboring islands in this recently remodeled condo!

    This beautiful condo has just been remodeled and is tastefully furnished and decorated. A brand new split A/C system with handlers in each room for your cooling comfort. The condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large private lanai, accessible from both living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The main bedroom opens to the double lanai, which overlooks the beach & ocean. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for a nice separation of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary needs you may have! The condo comes with complementary high-speed Wi-fi and a working desk in the living room.
    We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!
    Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo.

Great trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are exactly as depicted. This was our first time in Hawaii and we split our time between Kaanapali and Kīhei. They are very different t from each other and we are glad we spent time at both locations. The condo was spacious and clean. The deck was awesome to have breakfast at in the am and cocktails in the evening . The strip mall across the street had great food. my kids loved jawz Mexican and my wife and I loved Maui bread. It was nice to have chairs provided but most were in poor shape.

The view was the best part of the stay. Also appreciated the unit being as organized as it was. Had a strange smell though. The major issue was the A/C units in every room stopped working after the 3 days. This made the last two nights uncomfortable.

The host was very responsive to all of our needs during our week long stay. The view from the lanai and location are really what make this place amazing. We saw whales while enjoying coffee in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The beach was also a short walk away and they had all the gear we needed for a day at the beach. Food and shops were also just a quick walk.

Our favorite place in Maui

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and it feels like our home away from home. We always feel happy and comfortable here. The sunsets are unmatched and accommodations are very comfortable and lovely.

Loving Maui

We loved staying in Keihi. There were wonderful restaurants and shops to walk to. The views from the 7th floor bbq area were amazing. The sunsets were anazing and we can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay!!

Everything was perfect in this condo. The beach was right across from the road plenty of restaurants around the condo. Centrally located. The condo was well equipped. We’ll stay again here.

Excellent Property and Location!

The condo was very clean, spacious and the view was outsanding! So close to the beach but also had an excellent pool! We enjoyed whale watching from the deck and 100% recommend this condo! Looking forward to our next Maui visit!
