Location: Grand Champions, Wailea, South Maui, Maui, Hawaii, USA (2 miles Kihei, 13 miles airport, 1/2 mile beach.)

Accommodations: Condominium, 1 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 2) Maximum occupancy is 2 adults 25 years old or older only

COME ENJOY OUR FULLY RENOVATED FROM ORIGINAL BUILD AND MAINTAINED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, TOP FLOOR CONDO WITH BEAUTIFUL FAIRWAY AND PARTIAL OCEAN VIEWS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ROMANTIC GETAWAY IN AN UPSCALE CONDO FURNISHED AND MAINTAINED FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY, YOU HAVE FOUND IT HERE!



Our condo has been remodeled from top to bottom, We have beautiful carpet (new Nov 2018) and paint throughout, along with air conditioners (new 2020), big screen television, entertainment center in family room, and bedroom TV, a water filtration system, and lighting with dimmers throughout for a romantic atmosphere. Since we cater to two adults only and no children, our condo stays new looking at all times. And since the majority of our guests are repeat after repeat, our condo is treated as their home and kept in great shape.

The kitchen has tile flooring, granite countertops, a hot water dispenser, stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator that has an ice maker and water dispenser. Our kitchen is kept fully stocked and dishware/glassware/utensils are all maintained in excellent condition. Both bathrooms have nice tile flooring and showers and granite counter tops (so no more old original white tiles in this unit!). We have two shower heads in the master shower, one being a ceiling mount rain shower head and the other a hand held option.

Enjoy top quality furniture, especially the super comfortable sectional sofa (new Nov 2018), and king size bed (new Jan 2018) with top quality firm, but not too firm, mattress.

Located on the seventh fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course, our condo is on the top floor of a two story complex. Unlike the bottom floor units, this unit has vaulted ceilings which makes for a more open and roomy feeling. Relax in your family room or sit outside on your private lanai and enjoy the beautiful golf and ocean view without having to look over a neighbors roof top or a parking lot or see and hear cars traveling by. At sunset, watch the beautiful evening sky and feel the cool tropical breeze. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Grand Champions Villas is a first class luxury development in the heart of Wailea, with the Blue Golf Course on one side and the Wailea Tennis Club on the other. Both award winning facilities offer discount rates for condo guests. There are two swimming pool areas, each with a spa, shower and gas BBQs. There is a security entrance and you will have your own private parking space.

One half mile away, which is a beautiful 10 minute walk, you will find The Shops of Wailea, a two story outdoor mall with a wide assortment of stores and restaurants to choose from. From there you can walk the paved path alongside the ocean and visit any of Wailea’s finest hotels which offer casual to fine dining and nightly entertainment. You won’t have a problem finding a great beach to snorkel and swim within walking distance or a short drive away.

Come for a visit and you will find out why Maui is rated one of the top destination spots in the world. And you will find Wailea to be the paradise of Maui, with the least amount of rain and most amount of sunshine on the island.

Grand Champions Villas is a pet free complex, and we are an animal free unit, which INCLUDES emotional support and service animals. The owner lives there part of the year and is severely allergic to all animals, including hypoallergenic fur, and it is impossible to clean the unit enough for the owner to be there after an animal has been there. We appreciate your understanding and adherence. Please let owner know if you have a service/support and they will try to help you to arrange another place for you to stay.

The most perfect home!

Kathy’s place was everything we needed and more for our first time in Hawaii. The location was central to the Wailea resort and walkable distance to major hotels and beaches. The AC kept the house very cool at night and the view from the balcony could not be beat. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. Check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and seamless. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely Home

Kathy’s property was exactly a depicted…a comfortable, clean, restful condo with a relaxing view from the lanai. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Kathy is extremely responsive and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place

This was a great condo and location for our family. Wailea golf courses, shopping, and several beaches are minutes away. The place itself is lovely, clean, roomy, and comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. The ac units work well. This is a great cozy place and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful Oasis in Wailea

This is my second time at this beautiful property in Wailea. It is clean, beautifully set up, and central to everything in Wailea. I enjoy sitting on the patio in the morning with my coffee listening to the birds, and again in the evening to watch the sunset. Owner has supplied everything you could think of/or need for your stay - from household utensils to beach accessories. It feels like home.

Comfortable and relaxing

First, I must compliment Kathy and Darryl on such a well appointed home. The kitchen had every appliance you might need or want, plenty of dishes and glassware, nice appliances. The artwork in the unit was very well chosen and all the furniture was comfortable. Thank you for a good mattress and pillows ! I also appreciated the nice towels and bedding. The unit was immaculate... kudos to the housekeeper. ❤️Communication and instructions/directions were clear and concise. Any questions I had were promptly answered. The information booklet in the unit answered any question one might have. The view of the golf course was beautiful, with a slight ocean view. I had time to enjoy the pools... it was nice there was an adult pool and a separate family pool. The one item I would point out is that there was an amazing rain shower in the master bedroom, but the entrance in the shower is narrow and large persons might find that very tight. There are two full bathrooms so the extra bathroom could accommodate. Location was very close and within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. Makena Beaches, Ulua and beaches of Kihei were all very close. It was a very quiet and relaxing location for vacation. I loved it and would return.

Grand Champions charmer

Wonderfully located upper floor condo with gorgeous lanai views. Very nicely decorated and the unit had more than enough appliances/gadgets/perks to make for an enjoyable stay. We did encounter unexpected situations that happened and I must compliment the owner on her rapid responses as well as perseverance in helping us to resolve those occurrences. She went above and beyond for us. Definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Wailea

The condo was exactly as described..beautiful and equipped with everything you might need for a fantastic vacation! Washer and dryer with detergent; shampoo, conditioner, and soap; beach chairs and noodles and ice chest; best equipped kitchen Ive seen in a vrbo rental! Very quiet complex and good tennis clinic at the tennis center.

The perfect spot!

Wow! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here. Kathy, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The condo had all you could hope for and more. We were just a short walk (and even shorter drive) from the beach. It was walking distance to the shops for morning coffee plus a short walk away to Monkeypod for dinner. Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will recommend it right away to any friends visiting the area.

STUNNING!!!

The owner is absolutely extraordinary…immediate communication regarding any questions, comments, or concerns. Cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Exceptionally maintained and decorated. Perfectly stocked. Beautiful location and view. And, best neighbors we’ve ever encountered. This is the only property on Maui that we will rent in future. Thank you so much, Kathy! Hopefully we will meet someday during our travels.

Fairway and ocean views

This was the second time staying at this property and unit. It’s on the second floor and offers high ceilings, making this a very open and large setting. The unit has all the amenities and even more kitchen items you can imagine. Often condos will come with bare minimum, but this unit has all the convenience of a lovely home along with a beautiful setting. I the owners were easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for your next visit.

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Well kept with everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which enabled us to have some family over for a Thanksgiving lunch. Bed was comfortable and everything that you'd need was there. Just plan a bit of time to find the complex if using Apple maps as it doesn't route to the entrance, and that to get to the ocean you need a bit of a walk or to drive.

Best Grand Champion Condo!

We love Maui and have stayed at a different Grand Champion Condo each time. This Condo is by far the best! From the booking to our departure our stay was seamless. The amenities are top of the line. The view is spectacular! Sunset on the lanai is over the top! Book now and you will have no regrets!

Loved it!

The description and photos posted are exactly what you get when you arrive. The condo is well kept, extremely clean, very spacious and a quiet location. The unit backs onto a golf course with a stunning view in the background. After a long day of travelling, it is an easy drive from the Kahului Airport. The hosts, Kathy, and Darryl are wonderful. Responded quickly when I was inquiring about a couple of things. The location was great. Close to shopping, a number of restaurants and the beach. Our first time to Maui and we were not disappointed with anything in Wailea. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.
