Hoteller nær Kiddie Park

«They clean the room without asking if we wanted»

«This stay was amazing. Right off the north of the riverwalk, El Camino food truck lot was just across the Riverwalk bridge. The staff were amazing. Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was relaxing. I will be going back 100000%.»

«It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at the restaurant was so-so. It’s a good place to stay for a business trip or if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. The gym was decent and the pool looked lovely, but we did not use the pool.»

«Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and ...

«Window unit was pretty loud. The staff was nice. I did not have any trouble checking in. The outside was lovely!»

«The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It’s a family business hotel the lady at the front desk was SUPER disrespectful so I gave her the same attitude she gave me, THE ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIHUANA, The TV did NOT WORK, The walls were disgustingly stained, The couch Was stained as well what it looked like it was blood, and who knows what else, The Toilet plugged when we flushed it down, Everything was old, furniture was horrible. DEFINITELY save your money I’ve stayed once in a Motel 6 By emergency and ...

«The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!»

«40 minutes late getting us into the room. They did comp us 2 breakfasts and it was great!»

«get the roaches gone this is a 10/10 spot.»

«The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did. The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did ...

«This property is in a very noisy and dangerous part of San Antonio »
