Kiawah Exclusives | 4140 Night Heron Cottage

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury Kiawah Island rental is a one of a kind, completely remodeled beach cottage in the Night Heron community in East Beach Village. Every detail in this property is of the highest quality and will surely please even the most distinguished guests.

Decorated in muted coastal colors and exquisite appointments, this is truly a luxury accommodation.The gourmet chef's kitchen is equipped with quartzite counters, stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, a Keurig coffee brewer, plus a spacious island with counter seating and a prep sink. The dining area opens to the beautifully appointed living area, with its vaulted ceiling and large screen smart TV. A separate study affords a quiet space for a laptop, for those who can't leave work at home.

4140 Night Heron comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and smart TV; it's en-suite bath features a separate water closet, dual vanities, a steam shower with multiple shower heads and a walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed, large smart TV and ensuite bath with a shower only. The second guest bedroom features 2 twin size beds, a large screen smart TV and shares access to a full hall bathroom.

A pair of picnic tables under the cottage provide a nice outdoor living and dining space. The world renowned 10-mile beach is just a short 8-minute walk away.

A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access. Any review that makes mention of a pool is from a time previous to our management of this cottage.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 16 to 18.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited. This home does not have a BBQ grill.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Perfect location and size

We have a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child), and the space was perfect. We had plenty of room, beds were really comfy and the location was so perfect. Only minutes walk to the beach and the Night Heron Park. Really enjoyable. We’d definitely come back.

Beautiful house, stocked with everything we needed for our vacation, and for working remotely when needed. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach and Night Heron Park shop/cafe. We love KI! Can’t wait to come back!

Great house!

This property has been done extremely well. It is high end with great finish out details. Our only criticism would be that the kitchen was absolutely bare from a essentials standpoint save for two small salt and pepper shakers. There was no sugar, spices, cooking oil, or coffee pods. At this price and quality, that’s not too much to ask for. I did not need the big canvas shopping bag advertising the property manager. A welcome basket with a few of the above amenities would have been much preferred.

Stunning!!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect to get to the pool and beach in less than 5 mins. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We really enjoyed having 2 king size beds. The decorations are just stunning.

Fantastic! Home is beautiful and location is prime!! Easy access to heron park and The Sanctuary

Wow! Can’t wait to go back to Kiawah and this property! The house is spotless, roomy, and the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. Loved being able to walk to hotel and market and ride a bike to the store. The big screen TV’s in all the rooms was just another bonus feature. The furnishings were beautiful, made me wish I could replicate exactly at my home. I even loved the mattresses, slept great! Will definitely book this house again!!

Beautifully updated beach house with all the amenities!

We had a wonderful fun time staying here at Kiawah Island. The house was updated beautifully to give you that beach serene feel and you provided every amenity for beach island living. We really enjoyed riding bikes around the island and playing bocce on the beach. Our grandkids loved the beach and the slides at the pool, they did not want to leave. We give you 5 star's for cleanliness, attention to details, comfortable beds and close proximity to beach, pools, food & nature walks. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Nice place, but AC and Washing Machine Broke

The villa is nice, but while there the washing machine did not work and the AC was out for two days. We had to fight with the owner to provide a credit for the lack of AC and washing machine. They made no attempt to fix the washer. While the resort did offer to wash out clothes, it was not the same as having a washing machine to return to after a day at the beach. I would not recommend renting from this owner. We literally had to fight them to provide us a credit for the lack of AC and Washing Machine. In the end, I don't think they provided us with a fair compensation for the lack of two basic features of a villa.

Beautiful home in an incredible location

The finishes and decor are beautiful. Everything is very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family of five, plus my mother who stayed with us for three nights. There was a little office for me to do some of the work I had to do on vacation. My mother loved having her own "suite." The boys loved the bunk beds and bean bag chairs. There is a very nice outdoor shower. The location was very close to Night Heron and there was easy access to the beach. The house is located on a cul-de-sac which allowed our boys to ride their bikes around in front of the house. We did not want to leave!

Lovely house

This charming house is perfectly situated right near the beach and Night Heron park. We had grandparents come with our small family and everyone had their own suite! The decor is beautiful and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. It seems like the fine appointments are what one would have in their own beach house - nothing in the house says "rental". Room for two cars underneath and no traffic on this cul-de-sac except for the deer that came by looking for breakfast every morning : ) We loved our stay and will be regulars!

Super Clean and Comfortable Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay at this Night Heron cottage! We found our cottage to be private, clean, nicely designed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.Just a short walk to the pristine Kiawah Island beach, and access to the many amenities such as pool and work out facility.The house has evertyhing you will need!
