This Kiawah Island vacation home in the popular Marsh Cottage Ln neighborhood offers 3 bedrooms, panoramic marsh views, a community dock, and is just an 8-minute walk to the beach.

The completely renovated home features an abundance of natural light and soaring ceilings. Find everything you need for cooking meals in the open kitchen. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a wine cooler, marble countertops, and a large island. Enjoy a meal in the dining area which includes a table with seating for up to 10. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the flat-screen TV with streaming through Hulu. The spacious screened-in porch, which can be entered from the living room, is the perfect place to unwind and take in the marsh views.

The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, access to the screened-in porch, and a pristine ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second bedroom has two queens and also contains a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

No smoking, not pets, and no fireplace access is allowed (neither the inside or outside fireplace is not for guest use).

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
